1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of thesheetzmenus.us. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms, and the effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.

2. Purpose of this site

This site publishes information about Sheetz menu items, prices, calorie figures, hours and deals for reference purposes. It does not sell anything, take orders, process payments or act on behalf of Sheetz, Inc. in any capacity.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

We take accuracy seriously and generate every figure programmatically from the Sheetz ordering system rather than typing it in. We still cannot guarantee that any specific figure is correct for your store on the day you read it, for several reasons.

Sheetz prices vary by state and by market. Stores inside travel plazas and on restricted sites frequently price differently from standalone locations. Menu items are added, reformulated, renamed and discontinued without notice. Promotional pricing runs regionally. Calorie figures published by any restaurant are averages for a standard build and will differ from what is actually handed to you.

Treat every number on this site as a close guide for planning rather than a commitment. Confirm anything that matters with Sheetz directly before you rely on it.

4. Nutrition and allergens

Calorie figures and any nutritional information on this site are reproduced for convenience and are not dietary, nutritional or medical advice. We do not publish complete allergen data and you must not use this site to make allergen decisions.

Sheetz prepares food in shared kitchens with shared fryer oil and shared surfaces, so cross contact between allergens is possible on almost any item. Anyone with a food allergy, intolerance or medical dietary requirement must consult Sheetz's own allergen information and speak to store staff before ordering.

5. Independence and trademarks

Independent guide. Not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Sheetz, Inc. We have no commercial relationship, partnership, affiliation or endorsement arrangement with Sheetz, Inc. or any related company.

Sheetz and all associated product names, including Shnuggetz, Shmuffin, Shmiscuit, Sh'tacked, Shwingz, Sheetz Bros. Coffeez and Twisted Dipperz, are trademarks of Sheetz, Inc. We use these names solely to identify and describe the products discussed, which is nominative fair use. No claim of ownership, endorsement or association is made.

6. Recipes

Recipes on this site are our own interpretations created to approximate the flavour and texture of Sheetz menu items. They are not official recipes, they are not supplied by Sheetz, and they will not reproduce a commercial product exactly.

Cooking involves risk. Hot oil, sharp equipment and undercooked food can cause injury or illness. You are responsible for safe food handling, correct cooking temperatures and your own kitchen safety. We accept no liability for any outcome of following a recipe here.

7. Intellectual property

The written content, tables, calculations, structure and design of this site are our work and are protected by copyright. You may link to any page freely and quote briefly with attribution. You may not republish our tables, copy our written content or reproduce substantial parts of the site without permission.

The underlying menu prices and calorie figures are factual data published by Sheetz and we claim no ownership of them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its operation or security, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or that scrapes it at a volume which degrades service for other readers.

9. Advertising

This site displays third party advertising. We do not control the content of those advertisements, we do not endorse the products or services advertised, and any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is between you and them. 10. Limitation of liability

This site is provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including any loss arising from a price, calorie figure or opening time being inaccurate.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
